Orders and deliveries are generally only possible within Germany, Denmark, Austria, France and Switzerland. Should you wish to have your order delivered to other countries, we will be happy to help you. In principle, delivery is carried out by DPD, DHL, UPS, Hermes and GLS Service. The delivery of articles is only carried out in household quantities.
The delivery date shall be determined in the case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank or, in the case of other forms of payment, on the day after the contract is concluded and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the delivery date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be deemed to be the delivery date instead of such a day.
Your shipment will be sent to the recipient via DPD, DHL, UPS, Hermes and GLS within 3 – 9 working days.
In case of low stock levels, shipping may take up to 14 days.
This shipping method depends on the selected product options and therefore has a longer possible time period. This can be the case, for example, with a product in various modifications. So one modification can be delivered in 4 days and the other in 15 days.
